IT support in Fingal,
from someone who lives here.

Day to day, that means:

• Computers, laptops and phones: set up, updated and fixed when they break
• Email and Microsoft 365: accounts, sign-ins, shared mailboxes, new starters and leavers
• Backups that are tested, so you know a restore works before you need one
• Scam and ransomware protection, and short sessions that show your staff what the real attempts look like
• One phone number, and a reply from the person who actually knows your setup

I work with organisations in Skerries, Rush, Lusk, Balbriggan, Swords, Malahide, Portmarnock, Howth and the surrounding north Dublin area. Much of the day-to-day support is done remotely and is fast. When something needs hands on it, I can be on site.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.

Before Ériu, I worked in IT security at the German Bundestag and in IT support at Berlin Brandenburg Airport, places where a quiet, uneventful day is the whole aim. I moved home to Skerries and set up Ériu to bring the same discipline to schools, building firms and other small teams.

I also write the Ériu security briefings, short plain-English pieces on the scams and slip-ups that actually catch people out.
