What the market charges

Standard managed-IT in Ireland sits at €93–€140 per user per month for basic to mid-tier coverage, rising to €280+/user for fully hosted. Hourly break-fix runs €100–€250/hour. Source: ITSupport4U Ireland 2025 market report; Datapath 2026 international guide.

Where Ériu lands

Lean overhead means we can hold Managed Operate at €125/user while still investing in the security baseline most "essentials" tiers skip. The Secure tier deliberately costs more — that's where the SOC partnership and NIS2 work lives.

What's not in any tier

Hardware purchases. Software licences (you pay vendors direct, we get you the right SKUs at the right price). Major migration projects — those are scoped separately and quoted as fixed-fee work. After-hours emergencies on the lower retainers — Secure tier and above include 24/7.

Price changes

Reviewed annually each January. Existing retainer clients lock in rates for their contract term. We won't quietly raise your bill — any change goes through written notice 60 days ahead, and you can exit if it doesn't work for you.
