These terms cover the use of this website. Service engagements are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at the start of work — these website terms don't replace that.

You're welcome to read, share, and reference content from this site. You may not scrape it for commercial datasets, run automated load against it, or attempt to break its security. The usual.
We try to keep prices and service descriptions accurate but they're for general guidance only. Final scope and pricing are agreed in writing per engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
The wordmark "o'hara." and the design and copy of this site are © 2026 Ériu Ltd. The underlying open-source code (Inter, JetBrains Mono, Cormorant Garamond fonts, etc.) is licensed under its own terms.
Where we link to third-party sites (TeamViewer, vendor docs, etc.) we're not responsible for their content or practices.
Every engagement starts with a written scope of work and a Master Service Agreement (MSA). The MSA covers: scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, IP ownership, confidentiality, liability caps, and termination. We'll provide a draft MSA at the proposal stage — read it before you sign it.
Managed-IT retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project work is billed against milestones. Standard payment terms: 14 days. We're a small business and we charge interest on overdue invoices in line with the EU Late Payment Directive.
Without a signed MSA, our liability for anything related to information on this website is limited to €100. With a signed MSA, the cap is whatever's specified there. We carry professional indemnity insurance — details available on request before contracting.
These website terms and any service engagements are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the Irish courts.
